I’m delighted to share that my two artworks:

have been selected by the curatorial team of CISTA ARTS for the international online group exhibition “What We Carry”.

“We carry more than we can see.”

The exhibition explores the memories, histories, responsibilities, attachments, beliefs and traces of experience that we carry through our lives — within our bodies, objects, places, materials and across generations.

My two works explore different aspects of this invisible landscape: what remains within us, what transforms us, and what continues to exist beyond what we consciously remember.

I’m honoured to have both works included in this international exhibition and grateful to CISTA ARTS for bringing artists together around such a deeply human theme.

The exhibition will be accessible online throughout October, with the works also included in the exhibition catalogue and promoted through CISTA ARTS’ online platforms.

I’m Monika

Glass artist specializing in stained glass and painted glass – blending light, creativity, and intention. Also an IT professional, bringing precision and depth into every projects.

My art is not only about form and colour – it is about energy and transformation.
In my spiritual practice, I guide others through Theta Healing, meditation, and inner journeys.

This path complements my artistic work, as both are rooted in light, intention, and the desire to inspire change.

Each artwork is created through multiple stages of painting and kiln firing. Layers of vitreous glass enamels are permanently fused into the glass at high temperatures, creating depth, texture and luminosity that cannot be achieved with surface paint.
