Monika Tkaczyk
About
My name is Monika Tkaczyk, and I have been deeply involved in Theta Healing therapy for many years. My journey into this healing practice was preceded by a rewarding career in social work, where I organized and managed various programs dedicated to helping others. Currently, I work in the IT field, a profession that challenges me and allows me to apply my analytical skills. However, my true passion lies in the realm of therapy. I have completed numerous courses in various therapeutic areas, continuously striving to enhance my ability to support and guide others on their healing journeys. Outside of my professional life, I am an avid artist. I find joy and fulfillment in creating art, whether it’s painting with oil paints, designing unique jewelry, or crafting intricate stained glass pieces. These creative pursuits allow me to express myself and bring beauty into the world. Through my work in Theta Healing and my artistic endeavours, I aim to inspire and uplift those around me, fostering a sense of healing and creativity in everything I do.

The Power of Art in Healing Art has long been recognized as a therapeutic tool that can promote emotional well-being and psychological healing. The Foundations of ThetaHealing ThetaHealing is based on the premise that our beliefs and emotions influence our physical health and overall life experience. According to this philosophy, limiting beliefs, traumas, and negative emotions can create energetic blockages that manifest as physical ailments or psychological issues. By identifying and transforming these underlying issues, ThetaHealing seeks to promote holistic wellness. The Theta Brainwave State Central to ThetaHealing is the concept of the Theta brainwave, one of the five main brainwave frequencies (Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma). The Theta state is characterized by deep relaxation and meditation, typically occurring during light sleep or deep meditation. In this state, the mind is highly receptive to positive change and intuitive insights, making it an ideal state for healing and transformation. The Process of ThetaHealing The ThetaHealing process typically involves the following steps: Meditative…
