A solitary figure stands at the threshold between presence and dissolution.
Emerging from layered textures of gold, ash, and shadow, the form resists definition. It is neither fully material nor entirely absent — suspended in a moment of transformation. The surface vibrates with tension: luminous fragments suggest awareness, while darker masses pull the figure back into obscurity.
This work does not depict a person, but a state of being —
a confrontation with the unknown self, where identity begins to loosen and reform.

Light here is not decorative. It acts as a force of revelation, exposing what cannot be clearly seen, only experienced.
“Between Worlds, I Stand” captures the fragile moment of crossing —
when something within shifts, and there is no return to what was before.
