A hand‑stencilled Stormtrooper on wood, with “Star Wars” title in bold letters. Layers of white paint, blue and red splatters, and intricate stencils create a gritty, battle‑worn Imperial look.

This piece was made using stencil painting by hand – a technique that lets you layer images with clean edges and lots of texture. I started with a blank wood panel, cut stencils for the Stormtrooper’s helmet, armour and the “STAR WARS” logo from thick paper, and sprayed white paint to block out the figure. Then came the fun part: peeling back layers to add blue galaxy dots, red Imperial flashes, and black details with a brush. Each splatter and stencil lift was a small victory – no two are exactly the same, giving it that authentic, scuffed trooper vibe. It’s a playful nod to sci‑fi fandom, perfect for collectors who love Star Wars with an artistic twist.
