A wonderful butterfly emerging from roses, symbolising life’s most important process of transformation. Crafted with the copper foil technique for delicate wings and vivid petals.
The butterfly’s journey from cocoon to flight mirrors our own changes – shedding the old to reveal something beautiful and free. I chose textured red and orange glass for the rose “cocoon,” green for leaves, and shimmering emerald‑yellow for wings that catch every ray of light. Each piece was meticulously wrapped in copper foil, soldered into a delicate balance, with wire antennae and a dreamcatcher bead at the heart. This is more than art; it’s a celebration of growth, perfect for reminding us that every ending blooms into wings.
